What is the difference between Dedicated Internet and Up to (Broadband)?
Dedicated Internet has a 1:1 bandwidth ratio, meaning your upload and download speeds are guaranteed equal and are not shared with other customers. It is ideal for businesses that require high stability.
By contrast, Broadband (Up to) uses a shared bandwidth system, so speeds can fluctuate depending on usage density in the area.
Does Sinergi lease Public Static IP addresses?
Yes, every Corporate Dedicated Internet plan includes a free Public Static IP (/30) allocation. You can also request additional IP blocks (/29, /28, etc.) to suit your company's technical needs (for servers, CCTV, VPN, etc.).
What about the SLA (Service Level Agreement) guarantee?
We provide an SLA guarantee of 99% for all service types. If monthly uptime does not meet that target, we will provide compensation (a billing credit) according to the subscription contract.
How long does the service installation process take?
For areas already covered by our Fiber Optic network (on-net), installation typically takes Dikonfirmasi setelah verifikasi teknis. For new locations that require distribution cabling (last mile), the estimated time is usually Dikonfirmasi setelah survei last-mile after the survey.
